The user list yes, but not the dev list.
We still read the user list, but don't announce news or features in nightlies
there. Our focus is on the forums.

One key difference is that you'll only see initial posts, unless you follow the
topic. You won't see replies and comments on threads you are not following. The
forum can get high traffic at times, so this helps filter noise.
