FYI, I have found the exact issue with the OpenJDK.

In a nutshell, there is a bug with OpenJDK 7u25 which is fixed in 7u40 and
this bugs makes the task :buildSrc:codenarcMain stuck (and so all others
tasks...).
Updating your Open JDK or switching to the Oracle JDK fix the issue
