Cool, I've seen you using "init" methods, why do you prefer them over 
constructors? For me personally, I always forget to call them, so it might not 
always the best solution.

Your sparse implementations are working with parallel lists, do you mind adding 
another RandomAccessSparse implementation with (hash-)maps?
