Thank you for your comment. I include the Apache license headers exclude
README.md file.
But still mvn build failed with rat report. how can exclude README.md file from
the rat scan?
Docker's one of the main feature is "build once, run anywhere".
This Dockerfile based on CentOS but it can launch on debian-style also.
so you may not need to support both style if every user use hama on docker.
