Sorry, I miss understood.^^;;;
When you build Dockerfile, it loads the baseimage(CentOS in this case). After
then
execute commands on it's baseimage( RUN yum install -y ...).
It means that you can build this CentOS based dockerfile on your ubuntu laptop.
