Folks, I see two texts of Apache block comment: one is suggested by http://harmony.apache.org/license.html. It starts with "Licensed under the Apache License".
Another one can be found, for example, at modules/auth/src/main/java/common/javax/security/auth/kerberos/KerberosTicket.java - it starts with "Licensed to the Apache Software Foundation". Which one is preferable? -- With best regards, Alexei, ESSD, Intel
