If it's 3 months then yes we can have such a train. If it's a week then
we all will be busy with releases and won' have time for coding

Monthly? I think we can play it by ear - move forward, and adjust as we learn things. Also, we need to work it out so things don't grind to a halt at release time.

I'll start a second thread to discuss this approach.
