Agreed. Keeping discussion in the open as much as possible is best, with
private discussion generally being best directed at the PMC list so more
PMC members can help.

I have been talking off-list with Alexei Fedotov and it looks like
Alexei is getting Oliver Deakin involved. zOne of Alexei's e-mail
suggests Oliver is on Harmony's PMC.
