I think it'd be great if you did it Enis.  It looks like the old-guard RMs
are up for helping out too (going by comments above).

Do we have to vote on it?  Unless someone else wants to do it (speak up!),
I'd think not.

Yeah, would be sweet if it arrived in time for hbasecon.  It'd be good to
hit our 3/4 month cadence two releases in a row.  0.99 dev release sounds
right too.
