+1 Let's release 2.3.7 and then mark 2.3.x as EOL.
We are close to cut the 2.5 branch, the open telemetry support has been backported to branch-2, and for me, the improvements on the connection registry is almost done, the last issue is HBASE-26306 and the patch is ready, so I think we already have enough features to cut a minor release. And on this issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-26301 Andrew volunteered to be the release manager of 2.5.x. So I think it is time to EOL 2.3.x, thanks Nick for your great work on maintaining 2.3.x.
