FYI, it's not completely done -- I'm adding tests now (TestAsyncNHttpHandlers)
that use the service side of Async & the client side of Buffering, and am
fixing a bunch of bugs. Will repost when it's done (probably Monday) -- this
is good if you're curious about the general framework though.
