Hi Sam, Oleg, 

Thanks for your input, I acutally used the fixed size thread pool, but as Sam 
said, there's a significant reduce of speed.

Sam, You mentioned about the non-blocking connection manager, is there any 
sample for it. which class should be used?

Oleg, I know it's in it's beta version, but do we have any documentation for 
the http-core http-core-nio?  so i don't have to read the code by myself, i'm 
lazy :-) 

there's definetly a lot of concepts in the new components.
