ExUpdateAndMinorFixes.patch adds some comments (a start) to the example. Also
fixes the factory class to actually pass on the settings.
For 2&3) Thats fine. contrib is the place for the Bouncy class. It is really a
basic example to show it can be done. I'm not sure you need to do anything else
here?

I tried with a POST against IIS7 using trunk and it seemed to worked fine (405
method not supported after access allowed). Could you use trunk and test with
that. I don't have experience with 3 and I believe it is quite different.
