There is a copyright notice in one of the files, which makes the patch
incompatible with the ASL. I cannot commit the patch as it. Please resubmit the
patch without the copyright notice is you agree to this code being made
available under ASLv2 license agreement. I am sorry but we have to picky about
licensing stuff.
