+1. The list of types for HTTPCLIENT and HTTPCORE look wrong - c.f. MATH and LANG and other Commons JIRAs which don't have nearly as many options. Likewise Jakarta BSF. These use Issue Type Scheme: Apache Default Issue Type Scheme whereas HC uses Issue Type Scheme: Default Issue Type Scheme > +1.
