Requested patch attached. I agree with you that this patch is probably too
simple and that it would likely cause problems with large posts. A better
solution would probably involve better state tracking such that the connState
was not cleared after handleResponse when there was still output going on, but
instead some sort of call to requestReady was queued up for when the output
finished writing. It seems like this would involve changing both the
ClientConnection and the Handler, but it seemed a little to ambitious for me to
tackle given my inexperience with the code base.
