Hi [~olegk],
I checked out 4.5.X branch tonight and tests show we also have an issue with 
StringBody.
Constructor documentation says :
{code:none}
@param charset the character set, may be {@code null}, in which case the 
US-ASCII charset is used
{code}

But it appears US-ASCII is not used.
