@ok2c Sorry, some other issues came up and I didn't get a chance to
progress this. I've removed the context chaining stuff.
Yes, I still want this. It sounds like you might want to make some progress
on this yourself though. If so, I certainly won't complain. ;-) Otherwise I'll
have a go at the client changes tomorrow. I'm still quite distracted today
unfortunately.
