Michael Osipov updated HTTPCLIENT-2078:
---------------------------------------
    Description:
Sometimes users don't understand why preconfigured and scoped credentials work
against one target host, but not for another. Basic, Digest and NTLM schemes
shall log a debug message that for a given auth scope no credentials have been
found.

This one comes from WAGON-590 where from the debug logs one cannot deduce why
auth has failed unless looking into Wagon or HttpClient code.
