@Amareshwari: sorry for the confusion. I was planning to
remove the deps/ directory before the final patch, hence
the work-in-progress patch name. I generated the files
in deps by greping through each of the project subdirectories
for imported packages. I think the resulting lists provide
a pretty good first-approximation of the actual dependencies,
but I agree that they are not completely accurate. Also,
I didn't finish updating the list of dependencies in each
of the subprojects.
