Can webhcat-default.xml be updated? Besides "0.11.0" in the defaults for templeton.hive.path and templeton.pig.path (HIVE-8807 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-8807>) there are "0.14.0-SNAPSHOT" values for templeton.hive.home and templeton.hcat.home.
