I would like to confirm whether it is necessary to release the standalone
metastore version this time?

I locally built the code and found that the standalone hms package is located
at the path [1], and its source code tar is at the path [2]. Am I right?

If there is a need to release an HMS version, is there any difference between
it and the regular Hive release?

If we are to release the HMS version, do we need to change the package name to
apache-hive-standalone-metastore-4.1.0-SNAPSHOT-bin.tar.gz? I just think it's a
bit strange to include the word "server" in it. Because the previously released
HMS versions did not include the word "server" at all, like[3].

Would be nice to resolve

 before the Hive-5.x release
