In my opinion, we should include the standalone Metastore, given:
 - The Metastore binary/src tarball can be built and provided;
 - We have been requested for the Metastore tarball and Docker image in the 
user email or jira.
Regarding the package name, the HIVE-20451 has the context, we can just keep 
them as it is.
