As for the reject for ivy/common-configurations.xml (which is still an issue
in the latest patch), after applying the patch with arc I downloaded the raw
file from here (view options). Then created new diff and applied it to a clean
working copy - works w/o rejects. Perhaps you could try the same locally and
see whether that would produce a different patch?
