Description
-------
Right now TypeInfoUtils expects at least one field in a STRUCT, which is not
always true, e.g., empty struct is allowed in Thrift. Modified TypeInfoUtils so
that empty struct can be correctly processed.
This addresses bug HIVE-3398.
