Doc note/question: This adds configuration parameters
*hive.server2.session.check.interval*, *hive.server2.idle.session.timeout*, and
*hive.server2.idle.operation.timeout* to HiveConf.java so they need to be
documented in the wiki.
Should they also be discussed in Setting Up HiveServer2 (with version
information)?

This also improves the handling of time units and other values for many
parameters, which will make the generated hive-default.xml.template more
useful. The wiki should be updated with those changes, but it's not a top
priority.
