negative connotation linked to the word master.
Renaming the branch to main has become the de-facto standard for most projects.
If everyone agrees I'll make a request with the infra team to rename the branch.
After this is done we will have to sweep our code/build scripts to switch the
branch name where used.
This would apply to both the hop [1] and the hop-website repository [2].
