Hi, Although I'm not one of the "Developers", I've been following the list for a couple of weeks, waiting for release notifications so I can compile the PS2 binaries.
However, I'd just like to give my "users" view of this issue about having -std.conf files placed in conf/ when a user upgrades. I think it's a good idea personally, I like to check that nothing substantial has changed in httpd.conf when I upgrade so having the -std.conf available would be quite convenient. On the other hand, I can appreciate the "clutter" opinion and possibly an option should be added to ./configure so people can turn this behaviour off? Just my 2p :) Chris
