That's why independant people provide such rpms,
btw mine use 8092/8093 (configurable) as http/https default
listen ports :

In my case the layout is :

/etc/httpd2/conf
/etc/httpd2/conf/ssl.crl
/etc/httpd2/conf/ssl.crt
/etc/httpd2/conf/ssl.csr
/etc/httpd2/conf/ssl.key
/etc/httpd2/logs => /var/log/httpd2
/etc/httpd2/modules => /usr/lib/apache2
/etc/logrotate.d/httpd2
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd2
/usr/bin/htdigest2
/usr/bin/htpasswd2
/usr/lib/apache2/
/usr/lib/apache2/mod_xxxx.so
/usr/lib/libapr.so
/usr/lib/libapr.so.0
/usr/lib/libapr.so.0.9.2
/usr/lib/libaprutil.so
/usr/lib/libaprutil.so.0
/usr/lib/libaprutil.so.0.9.2
/usr/sbin/ab2
/usr/sbin/apachectl2
/usr/sbin/httpd2
/usr/sbin/logresolve2
/usr/sbin/rotatelogs2
/usr/share/doc/apache2-2.0.42
/usr/share/man/man1/
/usr/share/man/man8/
/var/cache/httpd2
/var/log/httpd2
/var/www2
/var/www2/cgi-bin
/var/www2/error
/var/www2/html
/var/www2/icons
/etc/httpd2/build
/usr/include/apache2
/usr/lib/libapr.a
/usr/lib/libaprutil.a
/usr/sbin/apxs2
/usr/sbin/envvars
/var/www2/manual
/var/www2/manual/developer
/var/www2/manual/misc
/var/www2/manual/mod
/var/www2/manual/platform
/var/www2/manual/programs
/var/www2/manual/ssl
/var/www2/manual/style
/var/www2/manual/vhosts

Here is the spec file, initd/logrotate (didn't attached Snake oil
generated SSL) since they should be generated at install time feel free
to include them in distro.
