David's post pointed out something - shouldn't that read CHANGES not STATUS? The change should be denoted in the unstable tree's CHANGES for X days - not STATUS.An entry in the STATUS file for that period of time will be necessary to satisfy the second criteria. Such an entry will often be helpful for satisfying the first criteria as well.
That'd make more sense to me (in fact, I read it as CHANGES initially)... -- justin
