Hum, it may be related to mod_jk/mod_deflate.
Here is was I got from my iSeries logs :
The problem was certainly due to mod_jk build on my iSeries
which was done WITHOUT defining _REENTRANT and so wasn't
thread safe.
BTW, JK 1.2.2 is just released.
