This seems easy enough:
  1. Build a debug Apache executable with the InstallBin project.
  2. Run it.
  3. Debug the process at your leisure (Task Manager -> Processes -> Debug, etc).

can open the Apache.dsw workspace, but there are a lot of subprojects.
If I debug the Apache subproject, it seems the related configration
files and dll files do not exist.
