It refuses to configure, you need to go build apr/apu 1.2 somewhere and
reconfig with the --with-apr(-util) options.

This appears to be the worst of both worlds. -1 for release of the proposed
tarball in this state. Drop the srclib's or make the srclib's work, it doesn't
that much matter to me. But the above is sillyness at it's worst.
