Last I checked, thunderbird reply-all does cc undisclosed-recipients. Very irritating given how we configured the apmail reply-to-all's. So I don't think it adds much but it makes the mailstream more difficult to read. But I gave it a little thought while travelling and haven't come up with good answers. Since I really don't mind the inevitable bounce when I reply-to-all, personally I don't care that it's fixed.
