Limit and LimitExcept are being decommissioned in a sandbox, why is this committed to trunk? If you work with the removelimit sandbox it can all be merged in together at once, in one sweep. Such commits make the process of merging back sandboxes a real PITA, and we really don't have a user base that is served by this commit; the user will move from one version to the next, one moment <Limit> exists, and the next it is gone.
