Yes, I will compare with the 2.2.27 branch for regressions.

I just completed a comparison of 2.2.x and 2.4.x.

Maybe you can help me with the correct configure settings to really get all
modules - without resorting to maintainer mode.

========
Just wanted to compare both 2.2.x and 2.4.x (say 2.2.30 and 2.4.11
internally)

 The configure command for 2.2.x is:
 ./configure CFLAGS=-O2 --enable-layout=AIX
--with-apr=/opt/bin/apr-1-config --with-apr-util=/opt/bin/apu-1-config\
    --with-mpm=worker --enable-ssl --enable-mods-shared=all --enable-proxy

and for 2.4.x is:
 ./configure --enable-layout=AIX --with-apr=/opt/bin/apr-1-config
--with-apr-util=/opt/bin/apu-1-config\
    --enable-mpms-shared=all --enable-mods-shared=all --disable-lua
== Observation ==
Although I am intending that all mods are built and loaded, it looks as if
I am not getting that result
for the 2.4.X as it's test shows many tests being skipped because mods are
missing. That might explain why
2.4.X has fewer failed tests: 2.2.X has (17/109) compared with 2.4.X (1/97)
