I overlooked 2 other viable options

 [ ] Roll -win32-src-r2.zip with apr-util 1.5.2 (pre-breakage) and 
corresponding binaries
 [ ] Roll -win32-src-r2.zip with apr-util 1.5.4 (upon release) and 
corresponding binaries
