One's affiliation is mostly the fact of one's biography and quite irrelevant for the Foundation. The fact that some of the PMC members here still consider themselves first as an employee of company X and only then the as a member of Ignite PMC is a strong indication that we need to revisit some of the lessons from the incubation. Without a solid separation of church and the state, errr.... the project and where the paycheck is coming from - all the yearning for "diversity" is just a wishful thinking.
