Igniters, I'd suggest 2 candidates who perfectly fit this role, in my opinion:

Nickolay Izhikov - one of the most active community member with the
significant contributions, Ignite's evangelist and tech-speaker.

Alexey Goncharuk - Ignite's veteran, one of the Ignite's code-base
expert with the project's architecture vision.

I hope they would like to be PMC Chair!)
