Hi, I have missed emails several days, and now I surprisingly find that there are many new contributors not only creating jira tickets but also submit PRs to solve those issues.
So, if you want to assign issues to yourself on JIRA, please ping me or Jialin. But to avoid there being too many meaningless requests, I think we can do that for contributors who have already at least one merged PRs. WDYT?
