ISIS-421: RO TCK tests
hidden and disabled properties.
Also, fixes to applib DomainObjectRepr#getProperties and #getCollections,
#getActions (is a map, now, not a list)
Also, noticed incorrect media type for link to actions in DomainObjectRepr.
