Hi,

I just found out that multivalue properties have no order. Apparently to get
ordered references in a node I need to add one child node for each reference
which then contains the reference. This way I can order the child nodes and get
my references in order.
Is there any reason why properties are not orderable by specification? For me it
seems like an obvious feature.

the order of the values of a multi-valued property is preserved.
the order of a node's properties is not preserved.
