Hi,
I didn't have much time to look at the patch, but a few remarks:
* The USER_AGENT_APPLICATION should be changed.
* The dependency to the CRX API should be removed.
* The repository_sample.xml should be changed to use Jackrabbit, not CRX and
CQFileSystem.
* secret.getBytes used the default locale. Use UTF-8 instead.
