I'm slightly confused: The report says that the default for IE11 is "Document
mode 7." but Bruno's sequence says the initial state is fine. Is that because
one is localhost and one is 192.168.X.Y. What happens when using localhost (or
127.0.0.1)?
Good news is that Jena recently released so any change to {{index.html}} will
get max exposure across systems before the next release.
