Re mosaic pieces, there is a dataset graph try which wraps a dataset with
the appropriate transactional try based on what concrete implementation it is,
hence previous comment about cross referencing TDB from ARQ, so is currently
commented, by default it assumes MR+SW. If it's out of sync it'll block when it
came through to the wrapped dataset graph.
