I see a copy of SPIN in https://github.com/TopQuadrant/shacl/ -- don't know how
complete it is; it looks like all the java code but I haven't tried it.
It is being released to maven central so it has a route to easier access.
What these projects need is contributions to make things happen, especially
where that's in addition to the main usage by the original contributors (this
is true for most open source projects - the small core team can't do
everything).
