What's being proposed is that a regularly-run process get data to Sonar, so
that we can see how the analysis there changes over time. Manually running
analysis when someone remembers doesn't accomplish that. I couldn't possibly
care less where it happens (although I would be astonished if it noticeably
delayed our build compared to the Elephas tests). I'm happy for it to come from
CI.
