Lucene now deprecates RAMDirectory and issues deprecation for StandardFilter
(StandardFilter is a no-op).
ByteBufferDirectory replaces RAMDirectory for testing use.
StandardFilter usage left in the jena-text code because it is mentioned in
vocabulary.
