[PR#1050|https://github.com/apache/jena/pull/1050] removes the special
configuration needed for JSON-LD 1.1
Eclipse Jakarka JSON API and the Glassfish parser are both EPL2.0 even in
binary form (and not EDL).
[PR#1050|https://github.com/apache/jena/pull/1050] adds them to convenience
binaries with updates to LICENSE.
