+1 Built from tag, with mvn clean install. Failed the first time, then restarted the build and it passed.
mvn clean install mvn -rf :jena-fuseki-core >From what I saw yesterday, it appears to be an issue with my networking, and others cannot replicate it. You can also disable javadoc building and it passes fine.
